AM/PM/Weekend Shifts
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's computer system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to handle guest issues or complaints
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
Note: Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
