Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained in optimal condition, addressing any maintenance issues promptly, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a mix of technical skills and hands-on experience in various maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain upkeep to common areas
· Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned (lawn maintenance, pressure washing, painting, carpentry, general repair, irrigation, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Skills:
· Proven experience as maintenance technician
· Basic understanding of electrical circuitry
· Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
· Working knowledge of tools and common devices
· Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
· Candidate should be in good physical condition and possess adequate strength with no fear of heights
Job Type: 40 Hours, M-F
Start Pay: $20 per hour, 90-day evaluation
