What we’re looking for in our next Team Member…
- Active nurse registration/license in good standing, with the right to practice in North Carolina.
- Prior experience in long-term care (skilled/assisted) or CCRC is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills; able to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, guests and staff.
- Customer service focus; able to resolve resident grievances promptly; ensures quick resolution of conflict/issues.
- Strong time management skills; able to understand, organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Team player; happy to help others when needed.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work on-call.
