We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in asphalt, paving and milling to oversee construction projects from planning through to closeout. Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Oversee quality control, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Maintain clear communication with sales teams, leadership, subcontractors, crews, and clients.
- Identify and manage project changes to meet client needs.
- Lead project closeout activities, including inspections, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
Qualifications
- 10 years of asphalt paving and project management experience.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational abilities.
- Proven leadership in fast-paced, high-communication environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.
