Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with the fall recruitment program: liaise with law schools, register for on-campus interview and job fairs, coordinate and attend recruitment events, schedule interviews, and serve as a point of contact for candidates
- Support the summer associate program: organize and monitor summer events, prepare orientation schedules, assist with coordinating summer assignments, prepare for mid and end of summer reviews, and summarize program survey
- Overall logistical support: prepare and manage law school feedback forms and surveys and oversee and process recruitment expenses and budgets
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to juggle competing priorities
Candidates for this position must be based in the New York, NY area or have independent plans for relocation.
