Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare, proofread, and edit attorney-client documents
- Work with both digital and hard copy documents and ensure proper handling of both
- Upload and mange documents in electronic filing systems for various courts
- Assist with time entry, travel booking, schedules/calendars, expense reports and other administrative tasks
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 years' legal assistant or paralegal experience required
- Paralegal Certificate a plus
- Experience with bluebook and cite-checking a plus
- Knowledge of eFilings a plus
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
