At The Foot Spot, you won't be stocking shelves and pointing at sizes. You'll be solving problems — helping real people walk, work, and live more comfortably. Heel pain, plantar fasciitis, diabetic foot care, athletes chasing a better stride: they come to us because we know feet, and they leave feeling better than they walked in. You'll serve an established, loyal clientele that values expertise — and shows it.

What you'll actually do
- Fit customers using hands-on expertise and digital foot pressure scanning
- Recommend footwear, custom arch supports, and foot care solutions that genuinely solve their problem
- Educate customers on why the right fit matters — you'll become the expert people trust
- Work alongside a small, tight-knit team (5 or fewer per shift) that treats each other with respect

You'll have your evenings and weekends back. Store hours are Mon–Fri 10–6 and Saturday 10–5. That's it. No closing shifts at 10 PM, no Sunday retail grind, no working holidays.
