We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician who LOVES doing pedicures to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in various techniques will help enhance the overall client experience.
Duties
- Provide Pedicures/ (Manicure coming in future)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate nail care treatments.
- Promote retail products related to nail care and beauty, assisting clients with their purchases.
- Ensure a positive client experience through excellent customer service and communication skills.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting suitable shades.
- Proficient in sanitizing tools and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Basic understanding of retail math for effective product sales.
- Expertise in nail care techniques and trends.
