Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED and prior Supervisory experience (Associate's degree preferred)
- Experience as Production Supervisor in a Food processing manufacturing facility.
- Responsible to plan, schedule, and meet production requirements and goals.
- Employee relation knowledge: hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Ability to motivate and train employees regarding Production, Safety, and Quality.
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, USDA, BRC, FDA, GMP, GFSI, and FSSC 220000.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed: including nights, weekends, and holidays.
