The Role: What You’ll Do

You are the backbone of our kitchen operations. Without you, the beautiful food doesn’t happen! This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires speed, spatial awareness, and a sharp eye for cleanliness.

• Own the Dish Pit: Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep it Organized: Maintain a strict system for clean vs. dirty items so the culinary team always has what they need, exactly when they need it.
• Heavy Lifting & Logistics: Routinely lift, move, and stack heavy kitchen items, bulk ingredients, and equipment.
• Deep Cleaning: Maintain pristine kitchen hygiene by sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and sanitizing workstations according to health safety standards.
