Summary
This is an 18–24 month, high-intensity, real-world apprenticeship for someone who dreams of running their own business—or leading something that truly matters. As the Entrepreneurial Apprentice, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO of two thriving companies—THE FOCUS GROUP, a national consulting firm serving Christian ministries, and Endless Summer Realty, the top residential brokerage in St. Augustine.
You’ll get unparalleled exposure to leadership, strategy, operations, generosity, and mission-driven entrepreneurship. This is a full-immersion learning experience designed for someone with drive, character, and curiosity—someone eager to grow into a future leader.
What You’ll Do
Communication & Workflow
- Manage communications alongside the CEO—reading, drafting, prioritizing, and following up on conversations that span multiple companies, projects, and relationships
- Turn ideas into action—track projects, follow through on deadlines, and use tech tools (including AI) to keep things moving
- Communicate with clients, team members, donors, and partners in a professional, timely, and relational manner
Scheduling & Travel
- Oversee a fast-moving, multi-faceted calendar with meetings, donor appointments, real estate closings, and team events
- Plan and coordinate complex travel logistics and speaking engagements
- Support logistics for retreats, client visits, and key leadership gatherings
Leadership Exposure
- Sit in on high-level strategy sessions, donor meetings, real estate conversations, and organizational planning
- Watch how ideas turn into reality—and how leaders navigate challenges along the way
- Get mentored by a seasoned entrepreneur with a heart for impact and a track record of building things that last
Personal Support & Life Logistics
- Assist with day-to-day tasks that allow the CEO to focus on what matters most
- Help coordinate details connected to the family’s foundation, generosity efforts, and relational commitments
- Take initiative on personal logistics—errands, schedules, reminders, planning, and occasional in-home or on-the-go tasks that make life run smoothly
- Think ahead and make life easier, often in ways that are invisible but deeply impactful
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.38 - $31.77 per hour
