The Opportunity
This role is built for self starters and go getters.
Your first 6 months will require true outside sales effort:
No company-provided leads during ramp-up
Heavy phone time, site visits, and networking
Building your own pipeline from the ground up
If you already have relationships or a book of business, we will help you transition that pipeline into insulation projects backed by a strong, recognized brand.
What You’ll Do
Generate and close new business through self-sourced leads
Travel to job sites to measure, assess, and estimate projects
Read plans and perform takeoffs (in-field or from blueprints)
Build proposals and manage jobs through our industry-specific CRM (required)
Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines with clients
Stay involved beyond the sale you manage what you sell
Develop long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years in construction, construction sales, or related field
Comfortable on job sites and knowledgeable in building practices
Ability to read blueprints (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven
Organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once
Ability to perform accurate field measurements (tape or laser)
Compensation & Growth
Base salary high commission potential (realistic $100K–$150K )
