Location: Triad Area - North Carolina (Hybrid flexibility available)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Operating Officer. This leadership role transforms strategy into action—overseeing operations, driving key initiatives, and ensuring that systems, workflows, and projects align with FMRT’s organizational goals. The Director of Operations acts as the COO’s primary implementer, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through across departments.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the COO to operationalize organizational strategy and priorities.
- Lead execution of cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain clear, timely communication and accountability.
- Provide operational insight and data-driven recommendations to inform leadership decisions.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, introducing solutions and process improvements.
- Oversee vendor and partner coordination as needed to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7 years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or organizational leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive results.
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Trello, Monday.com).
- Strong leadership presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

- $75,000 to start
- 10 paid holidays per year
