The Flying Taco Mexican Grill is a casual dining restaurant and bar located in Towanda, PA. Our menu features Mexican dishes prepared with freshly sourced foods.

Prep Cook
Duties:
· Assist in preparation, cooking, and plating of meals
· Prepare food by chopping vegetables, marinating meats, preparing salsas & dressings
· Ensure all food is stored and put away properly
· Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the kitchen manager
· Maintain a clean & hygienic work area
· Support and assist kitchen staff
Who are you?
· Possess a strong ability to listen and follow instruction provided by the kitchen manager
· Excellent Communicator with a team mentality
· Familiarity with general kitchen equipment & appliances
· Experience working as a prep cook is preferred, but we are willing to train the right applicant
