Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, specialty coffee drinks, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as shift4 POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage beverage recipe development to ensure consistency and quality across all offerings
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Assist with bar management tasks such as inventory control, restocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender or barista in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred
- Experience with POS systems like shift4 POS or Micros POS is required for seamless order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism, attentiveness, and the ability to connect with guests
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food safety knowledge are necessary for success in this role.
