Pay: $15 per hour plus tips

Must be 21 years old
Job Description:
Part-time position for unarmed door security/greeter. Applicants will be expected to monitor the guests and employees to ensure their safety through using competent social judgement and awareness as well as assist the host with seating and greeting guests.
Job Duties:
- ID and greet guests when appropriate
- Monitor all floor guests and employees in search of unusual activity, altercations, or theft
- Be cognizant of all entrances and exits as well as guests behavior at tables, billiards tables, and arcade games
- Report incidents/suspicious activity to bartender or bar manager as soon as possible.
- Assist Host in seating and greeting guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Evaluating and personally addressing problematic guest behavior to prevent violence, theft, disrespect of other guests/employees
- Ensuring no smoking of cigarettes or vapes in the non-smoking area of the dining room
- Ensuring no guests under 21 consume alcoholic beverages or enter the smoking area
Job Skills/Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Good social graces and ability to make people comfortable, uncomfortable, or deescalate aggressive situations in the correct context
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely, sound decisions
- Ability to be a good team player as well as work independently
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must remain alert and professional throughout shift
- Clear concise communication
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
