About the Role We're looking for a warm, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at The Flower Shop Atlanta. You'll be the face of the shop — greeting customers, helping them find the perfect arrangement, and keeping things running smoothly on the floor. If you love flowers, people, and a welcoming retail environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do * Greet and assist customers in selecting arrangements, bouquets, and floral gifts for all occasions * Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist callers with orders and inquiries * Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system * Assist with arrangement prep, wrapping, and order fulfillment as needed * Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shop floor * Handle custom orders and relay details accurately to the design team * Build genuine relationships with repeat customers What We're Looking For * Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills * Proficient with computers — comfortable using email, POS systems, and basic office tools * Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle a multi-line phone system * Retail or customer service experience preferred (floral experience a plus, not required) * Reliable, punctual, and a team player * Comfortable on your feet for extended periods * Available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay * Employee discount on flowers and arrangements * Free snacks * Holiday cash bonuses How to Apply Send your resume to sales@theflowershopatl.com.
