The Flower Bazaar is seeking an experienced General Manager with a strong operational background to lead our day-to-day business.
We are an established floral and event design company serving luxury hospitality, corporate, retail, and private event clients throughout South Florida.
Our operations span retail floral production and deliveries, recurring corporate accounts, and complex, large-scale event installations.
We are looking for a capable, hands-on leader who brings structure, accountability, sound financial judgment, and operational discipline to a fast-paced business.
The right candidate will have:
- A proven record of managing teams and demanding daily operations.
- Strong experience with staffing, scheduling, purchasing, logistics, and cost control.
- The ability to prioritize effectively, solve problems, and make independent decisions.
- Excellent people-management skills and a commitment to accountability.
- The composure and flexibility to navigate seasonal peaks and complex projects.
Experience in hospitality, event production, logistics, retail management, or related service industries is highly relevant.
Floral experience is not required. Operational excellence is.
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role in Miami Beach, working directly with ownership.
