Role Description
This is a full-time Family Law Attorney role with work-from-home options available, making it a hybrid or fully remote position. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for managing legal issues related to family law, including filing motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. They will also provide legal counsel, prepare legal documents, and work closely with clients to understand and address their legal concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Family Law and handling related Legal Issues
- Proficiency in preparing and filing Motions
- Experience conducting Depositions
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid license to practice law in the State of Florida
- Previous experience in a family law firm is required (3 years)
