Position SummaryThe Program Coordinator oversees the day-to-day clinical and operational functioning of the Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role serves as the primary point of contact for the program and ensures smooth coordination across admissions, nursing, psychiatry, therapy, and support services. The Program Coordinator provides clinical oversight, supports staff, monitors attendance and compliance, and ensures a consistent, high-quality treatment experience for clients. Program OverviewThe Evening IOP is an all-encompassing behavioral health program serving adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions. The program operates Monday through Friday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and is designed to provide structured treatment while supporting daytime independence.
