Position SummaryThe Program Coordinator oversees the day-to-day clinical and operational functioning of the Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role serves as the primary point of contact for the program and ensures smooth coordination across admissions, nursing, psychiatry, therapy, and support services. The Program Coordinator provides clinical oversight, supports staff, monitors attendance and compliance, and ensures a consistent, high-quality treatment experience for clients. Program OverviewThe Evening IOP is an all-encompassing behavioral health program serving adults with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring conditions. The program operates Monday through Friday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and is designed to provide structured treatment while supporting daytime independence. The Program Coordinator plays a central role in maintaining program integrity, clinical standards, and interdepartmental coordination.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary operational and clinical lead for the Evening IOPCoordinate intake workflows following admissions clearance, including scheduling with nursing, medical, psychiatry, and therapy servicesComplete program orientation, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment plan reviews for clients as indicatedReview, update, and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical teamTrack attendance, address engagement concerns, and manage administrative discharges in accordance with program policyProvide clinical supervision and oversight for the Evening IOP group clinicianCoordinate and oversee collaboration with the remote individual therapist providing telehealth servicesAddress client issues, concerns, and clinical needs as they ariseEnsure aftercare planning is completed and documented prior to dischargeInterface with Utilization Review, Nursing, Pharmacy, Patient Financial Services, and Care Management as neededProvide clinical coverage for groups or individual sessions as appropriate and within scope of licensureParticipate in multidisciplinary treatment team coordinationSupport quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory and accreditation standardsMay complete Baker Act evaluations in emergent situations, within scope of licensure and trainingQualificationsActive, independent clinical license in the State of Florida as one of the following:Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed PsychologistMaster’s or doctoral degree from an accredited institutionPrevious experience working in a behavioral health or substance use treatment facility preferredExperience with the Baker Act process preferredStrong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate across departmentsComfortable providing leadership, supervision, and operational oversight in a structured treatment settingWork EnvironmentIn-person role with a dedicated office on campusEvening-focused schedule supporting program operations and clinical oversight Why Join FHE Health?As a full-time Neuro Assistant, you’ll be offered a comprehensive benefits package, including:✅ Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance✅ Supplemental Life & Disability Insurance✅ 401(k) Retirement Plan✅ Generous PTO & Vacation Time✅ Employee Assistance Program✅ Opportunities for Professional Growth & Development✅ Free CEU’s✅ Free CPR Certification✅ Free Crisis Prevention Certification (CPI)Take the Next Step in Your Career!
