Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Food Service Associate to join the team at StrEat Art Café. If you have a passion for great food, genuine hospitality, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors — we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
As a Food Service Associate at StrEat Art Café, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Accurately operating the cashier register and processing cash and card payments
- Taking and fulfilling customer orders for dine-in or takeaway
- Packaging food orders efficiently and with care
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and surrounding spaces
- Attending to guest requests promptly and ensuring an enjoyable experience
- Supporting kitchen and floor staff as needed throughout your shift
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Full-time availability required; must be able to work up to 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays
