We are currently seeking a Project Superintendent to lead and oversee our multifamily flooring projects in the Nashville market.
Position Overview
The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations of multifamily flooring installations. This role serves as the primary on-site leader, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in the field, communicates well with crews and GC teams, and takes full ownership of project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site operations for multifamily flooring installations
- Manage and coordinate installation crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
- Maintain clear communication with General Contractor site teams and TFP Project Management
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules, plans, and specifications
- Monitor quality control and address issues proactively to avoid rework
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
- Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership and project teams
- Assist with punch list completion and project closeout
- Identify and solve field issues quickly and effectively
Qualifications
- 2 years of Superintendent or Foreman experience in construction (multifamily preferred)
- Flooring, tile, or interior finishes experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills — comfortable interacting with crews, GC superintendents, and project managers
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple scopes and deadlines
- Problem-solver mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to travel locally within the Nashville market
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, email, and construction documentation
