Nuzzi Concepts is a restaurant corporation that proudly owns Osteria Del Monte, The FIX Restaurant Bar & Lounge, and Nuzzi's Bistro Italiano, all located in Sapphire, North Carolina.
We are currently seeking dynamic and energetic Restaurant Managers to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this vital role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your leadership will drive the success of our restaurants by fostering a positive environment, maintaining high-quality food preparation and service, and ensuring efficient management of all restaurant functions. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and sanitation procedures
- Manage staff schedules, provide training, and oversee staff supervision to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Oversee food safety management practices, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and compliance with health regulations
- Monitor restaurant operations during shifts to ensure smooth workflow, timely service, and guest satisfaction
- Implement food management strategies to optimize inventory control, reduce waste, and maintain quality standards in food production
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting
- Lead efforts in managing hospitality teams during special events such as banquets or catering functions to deliver memorable experiences
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management with a strong background in culinary operations
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively and manage hospitality teams with leadership skills
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures, dietary requirements, and managing the food industry’s regulatory standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments for guests
- Experience with shift management, managing food handling processes, and overseeing kitchen operations
- Competence in using POS systems for sales transactions and inventory control

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
