About the Role:
The Fitness Factory Group LLC is looking for an energetic and people-first Front Desk/Membership Advisor to join our team in New York, NY! This is your chance to be the face of a dynamic fitness community, helping members reach their goals while driving membership growth in one of the most exciting cities in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests with a welcoming, professional attitude at the front desk
- Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and facility services
- Handle member check-ins, account inquiries, and membership renewals using club management software
- Conduct facility tours for prospective members and effectively communicate membership options
- Process payments, manage point-of-sale transactions, and maintain accurate member records
- Address and resolve member concerns, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Previous customer service, sales, or front desk experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for fitness and wellness
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and membership targets
- Comfortable working with POS systems and membership management software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy gym environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
