We are seeking new talent in our kitchen!
Specializing in SeafoodSteaks, The Fish Hopper is a favorite on Alii Drive Kailua-Kona. The energy is Aloha and the food is ONO!
Please have these requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the kitchen preparation and cooking.
- At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
- Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, saut burners, convention oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
- Be able to work weekends, mornings, nights and holidays
- Must obtain a Hawaii Food Handler Card and have a negative TB test prior to hire.
