- Facilitate engaging instructor-led training for onboarding, Sales, Construction, Leadership Development, and other company learning programs.
- Manage learning initiatives from planning through delivery, including scheduling, logistics, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Design, develop, and maintain presentations, eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and other learning resources.
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and keep content accurate, relevant, and effective.
- Manage multiple learning projects while balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coach Associates and reinforce company processes, expectations, and best practices.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs through feedback, observation, and business partnership.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, adult education, or a related role.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience creating blended learning solutions.
- Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- 1 years of experience in a corporate work environment.
- Experience supporting Sales or Construction training.
- LMS administration experience.
- Experience with Articulate 360, iSpring, or similar authoring tools.
- Corporate L&D certification.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and walk on various types of terrain, including uneven surfaces, construction sites, and residential properties that may have mud, ruts, etc.
- Must be able to utilize sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) and technology (i.e. cellphone) to effectively communicate with other Associates and customers.
- Must be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, etc.
- Must have the ability to climb permanent stairs, temporary stairs, and ladders.
- Must have the physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs. unassisted throughout the workday.
- Must be able to endure and be exposed to different types of conditions, including weather (heat, cold, rain, ice, etc.) and substances such as dust, dirt, and fumes.
- Must be able to properly use and wear protective gear provided including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel toed shoes, etc.
