Job Summary
As a Treasury Management Support Specialist, this individual will develop a strong understanding of Treasury Management products and assist our sales team with client onboarding and back-office support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a complete understanding of all Treasury Management products & services offered by FSB
- Help develop Treasury Management Product & Services Training Sheets & program for Branch personnel
- Develop an understanding of all TM forms and documents
- Become knowledgeable on all TM back office functions, procedures, policies and operations
- Learn and adhere to the implementation process for clients requesting new products & services
- Responsible for all documentation and approvals necessary to set up new products & services
- Remote Deposit Capture and Mobile Deposit Processing
- Occasionally attend trade shows and other community/civic events as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, High School diploma or GED required
- Previous banking experience highly preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software program
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Time management and prioritization
