Essential Functions
- Control bank expenses
- Generate non-interest income
- Ensure all bank employees adhere to the security policy
- Grow DDAs to accomplish annual net DDA goals
- Promote deposit and loan growth by making sales calls
- Involvement in community projects
- Ensure adequate employee coverage at all times while managing overtime and payroll expenses
- Manage employee turnover
- Resolve customer complaints, and answer customers’ questions regarding policies and procedures
- Supervise the work of assigned employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems
