This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lafayette, LA, for a Universal Banker. The Universal Banker will handle day-to-day banking operations, assist customers with deposits and withdrawals, process loan applications, and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include promoting banking products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is dedicated to supporting customers' financial needs.
- Experience with Deposits and Cash Handling
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to assist customers with Loans and related processes
- Proficiency with banking operations and adherence to financial compliance standards
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in banking, finance, or a related field are a plus
- Prior experience in a banking or financial services role is preferred
