Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Sales, etc.) preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated accuracy in data entry.
- Manage the quotation process, from receiving initial customer inquiries to final order entry in Epicor (ERP System).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Inside and Outside Sales, Engineering, Production Control, Customer Service) to gather necessary information for accurate quote preparation.
- Serve as central point of contact for internal sales-related administrative inquiries
- Generate and present accurate sales quotations to customers in a timely manner
- Track the status of submitted quotations, following up with customers as needed to progress opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of all quotations and order documentation.
