POSITION SUMMARY: As a Universal Banker, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily banking operations, and assisting customers with their financial needs. Compensation:

Hourly Wage: $15.00 – $17.00, depending on experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Provides exceptional service to customers in-person, via phone, and digitally.

2. Opens new accounts, handle teller transactions, and assist with digital banking applications.

3. Educates customers on banking products and digital services.

4. Maintains accurate records and ensures compliance with bank policies.

5. Runs branch capture.

6. Other duties as assigned.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

· High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

· Prior banking or customer service experience preferred

Other Skills and Abilities

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

· Proficiency with computers and banking systems

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is performed largely within the Bank with limited chance for personal injury. Prolonged and frequent mental and visual concentration required. Periodic stressful situations in response to multiple priorities within established deadlines. Work hours are generally during normal business hours. Unscheduled evening and weekend work may be needed to meet the needs of customers and employees. Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds of office supplies and equipment. Some bending, turning, and twisting required.
