**THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE - In Office 3-4 days per week in Ontario, CA is Required**We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager with a minimum of three years of hands-on California personal injury experience to join our team in a hybrid-remote role. This position requires a strong working knowledge of California personal injury law, pre-litigation and litigation procedures, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while meeting clearly defined performance expectations.This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment, managing deadlines, and handling cases from intake through resolution with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a full pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement, including ongoing client communication, medical treatment coordination, records management, and insurance correspondenceManage a limited number of litigation cases in coordination with supervising attorneysDraft and prepare California discovery, including but not limited to Form Interrogatories (FROGS), Special Interrogatories (SROGS), Requests for Production, Requests for Admission, and responses theretoDraft pleadings and litigation-related documents such as motions, discovery motions, meet and confer letters, and other procedural filings under California rulesTrack and calendar all deadlines in compliance with California Code of Civil Procedure and local court rulesReview, analyze, and summarize medical records, billing, liens, and insurance informationAssist with discovery compliance, follow-ups, and document managementCommunicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, defense counsel, medical providers, and internal team membersMaintain accurate and well-organized electronic case files in the firm’s case management systemEnsure all work meets firm quality standards, compliance requirements, and KPI benchmarksRequired QualificationsMinimum of three years of recent experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager handling California personal injury casesStrong working knowledge of California personal injury laws, procedures, and deadlinesDemonstrated experience drafting discovery, including FROGS, SROGS, Requests for Production, and Requests for AdmissionExperience drafting motions and litigation-related documents in California casesAbility to manage a pre-suit caseload while supporting litigation matters simultaneouslyHigh level of organization and exceptional attention to detailComfortable working in a hybrid, performance-based environment with measurable KPIsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlinesProficiency with case management systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based document platformsWork Environment and ExpectationsThis is a hybrid-remote position.
