We are seeking an Assistant Service Coordinator to join our team at The Fireplace Showcase. Responsibilities
- Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails,
- Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect and record relevant information, and schedule technicians for service appointments,
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers,
- Document all customer interactions,
- Handle financial transactions; track, organize and manage accounts creating work orders and billing as appropriate,
- Order and stock parts, as needed.
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
- Full time, 40 hours. Salary commensurate with ability, knowledge and experience
