What You’ll Do
● Be the friendly voice customers hear when they call for service.
● Schedule and dispatch our skilled technicians to homes across Louisville and surrounding areas.
● Keep jobs organized and flowing smoothly with strong communication and attention to detail.
● Support our team by ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience from the first phone call to the final handshake.
What We’re Looking For
● A positive, customer-first attitude.
● Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
● Clear, professional communication (phone, email, chat).
● Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where every day is different.
● Experience in customer service, scheduling, or dispatching is a plus—but we’re also willing to train the right person!
