Looking for reliable and energetic individuals to help with setup and removal of event decorations. Pays attention to details and is passionate about results they produce.
Part-time, hours vary weekly depending on our event schedule. This is not a full time position so please do not apply if you need full time hours.
Must have open availability on weekends, and some availability during the week. Typically 2-3 days in the warehouse (Tues / Wed / Thurs), then events on the weekend (Fri / Sat / Sun) at event locations.
Duties in the warehouse include organizing and cleaning props when they return from an event, maintaining and staging inventory, and fulfilling prop lists for upcoming events. Lifting boxes and loading carts with decor supplies.
Duties at event sites include installing decorations, florals, backdrops, drapery, vases, candles, etc. as ordered by the client.
Must have your own transportation, when needed, to travel to event locations from OC to Temecula. We do pay mileage.
We are a full service wedding design company that offers flowers and other decor for weddings and other events.
Our events are usually on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but we do have occasional midweek weddings as well. Most installations are in the morning and early afternoon, and removal of the décor is at the conclusion of the event, usually in the late evening.
