The Financial Search Group, Ltd. is partnering with a top client in downtown Pittsburgh, and they’re looking for a Client Service Analyst to join their team!Job OverviewThe Client Service Analyst will be responsible for compiling customer information, confirming the info is accurate, and creating an efficient workflow for each potential client and their confidential information.This position is a contract role with the opportunity to become a full-time permanent hire.There is an approximately 2 weeklong in-person training period then all contractors will work fully remote.Free Parking is also offered for on-site workers during training.QualificationsA passion for client service.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Good computer skills.Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.High computer literacy.Multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to pay close attention to detail.The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while remaining calm and effective.Work Experience and Education Requirements0-8 years plus administrative/office experience.Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
