Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Maintenance Technician located in Northvale, NJ. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance tasks including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and industrial maintenance. This role ensures that all machinery and equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience in team building and team management.
- Skilled in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred
