We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant café team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems for processing retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment by adhering to food safety standards and food handling protocols.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including food safety practices and basic food handling procedures.
• Support team members during busy periods by serving drinks quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Helping with general lobby and back of house cleaning including dishes and equipment when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or café experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of beverage service and drink preparation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
