Spa Receptionist (Part-Time)
Kennebunk, ME | $18/hr starting
Do you love creating welcoming guest experiences? The Fifth Om, a holistic skincare and wellness spa in downtown Kennebunk, is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in shaping a warm, professional spa environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in/out clients with care and professionalism
- Manage phones, emails, reservations, and sauna bookings
- Support spa staff by keeping operations organized and seamless
- Assist with retail sales, payments, and product displays
- Keep front desk and guest areas welcoming and tidy
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Warm, polished, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable with technology and scheduling systems
- Hospitality, spa, or retail experience preferred
Perks & Details:
- Part-time W2 position ($18/hr starting)
- Required shifts: Monday and Thursday evenings, occasional Saturday
