Role Description
This full-time, on-site Hotel Concierge role is based in New York, NY. Responsibilities include providing exceptional concierge services such as recommending and arranging reservations for dining, events, and transportation. Day-to-day tasks also involve performing receptionist duties, addressing guest inquiries and needs, and ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience through outstanding customer service and communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in Concierge Services and making Reservations
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
