Night Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while performing essential accounting and administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform night audit functions, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
• Provide outstanding customer service at the front desk, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs for guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using hotel management software.
• Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to calls and directing them as necessary.
• Assist with any special requests or needs from guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met during the night shift.
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred
• Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
