Responsibilities
- Review each property thoroughly before every showing, study the listing details, know the neighborhood, and come prepared with answers before the questions get asked
- Coordinate schedules and confirm appointments so nothing falls through the cracks
- Show homes professionally and with purpose, you're representing the team on every walkthrough
- Ask the right questions during showings to understand what buyers want and what's holding them back
- Debrief with your agent partner after every showing with clear, honest feedback on buyer reactions, objections, and level of interest
- Track showing activity and client notes so your agent always has the full picture
