Join our team! Fenway Group is a multi channel provider of marketing and brand related services. We provide some of Boston's finest institutions with stellar service, and success in design, print, and promo. You'll be working along side a seasoned group of professionals to grow and expand our promo department.
Responsibilities
Working with clients, and suppliers to provide excellent communications - from start to finish. That includes:
- Confirm pricing
- Create client quotes and estimates
- Inventory
- Production timelines
- Prepare client presentations
- Research product ideas and solutions
- Attending networking events as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in the promotional products industry preferred. We also welcome candidates with transferable skills and willingness to learn. Strong abilities to multitask and prioritize multiple projects is a must!
Ability to work well with a team and provide clear communications.
- Proficiency in Promo software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Skills in social media platforms and content creation
- Attention to details
- Follow up with customers and suppliers
This is a full-time on site opportunity.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
