Fence Installer

About the Role

The Fence Company is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing installation crews across multiple states. This is a ground-floor opportunity — no prior fencing experience required. We train from scratch using our proprietary iDrive installation system, one of the most advanced methods in the industry.

A successful installer at TFC shows up ready to work, takes pride in the finished product, and is always looking to level up their skills. Over time, top performers move into lead installer and crew leadership roles. As we expand into new markets, the people we hire today are the ones who will grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial fencing including wood, vinyl, chain link, and iron according to project specifications
• Operate post-driving and installation equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow job site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and project coordinators throughout the job
• Represent The Fence Company professionally when on customer properties
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
• Support crew leads in staging materials, site prep, and final walk-throughs

Qualifications

• No prior fencing experience required — we will train the right person
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus but not required
