Fence Builder – Wood Shop (Shop-Based Position)
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Fence Builder to work in our wood shop, assembling and preparing fence panels and materials for installation crews. This is a hands-on position focused on building high-quality fence sections in a controlled shop environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble wood fence panels, gates, and components
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials to specification
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience with carpentry, woodworking, or construction preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stay on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
