Job Summary:
The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by delivering beverages and snacks to guests at a golf course or other outdoor venue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate the beverage cart around the golf course or outdoor venue.
- Efficiently and accurately take and prepare customer orders using a cash register or mobile payment system.
- Ensure the beverage cart is fully stocked and organized throughout the shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service by making recommendations, answering questions, and engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the beverage cart, including restocking products, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Accurately complete closing duties at the end of each shift, including cash handling, inventory management, and cleaning procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills, including a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to operate a beverage cart safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a golf cart or other similar vehicle.
