Key Responsibilities
This position is 100% commission. Those hired are eligible to earn monthly commissions that are based upon a percentage, 50-200 basis points (0.50%-2.00%), of funded loan volume. Total volume funded is based on individual production and performance. There is no cap on commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer loan solutions to customers while keeping in mind lending guidelines and the requirements of the customer.
- Manage and maintain a customer relationship portfolio.
- Look for opportunities that will help to retain clients as well as develop new ones.
- Manage the efficiency of your customer pipeline.
- Establish loan solutions and offer products and services to customers.
- Review and ensure documentation is compliant.
- Gather customer information for analysis for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
- Co-act with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mortgage transactions are complete.
- Responsible for managing self-generated customer referrals and realtor needs.
- Minimum of three years of mortgage lending experience in outside sales.
- Active NMLS #
- Two or more new purchase loans per month preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to effectively interact with individuals within all departments of the bank.
- Thorough knowledge of current originating guidelines/procedures.
- Favorable credit and background check.
