JOB SUMMARY

Essential Functions
- Maintain the facility’s interior and exterior cleanliness.
- Regularly dispose of trash in the facility.
- Regularly sweep and mop all floors, and regularly vacuum mats.
- Maintain bathroom cleanliness and supplies.
- Execute minor repairs for the facility as needed.
- Report facility damage to the Building and Facilities Manager as needed.
- Manage deliveries to the facility as they arrive.
- Manage facility grounds, including but not limited to salting exterior walkways and shoveling snow as needed.

Required Education And Job Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in Maintenance/Cleaning
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
