Internet Sales Lead

As an Internet Sales Lead, you will be interacting with customers as they access the dealership website to answer questions on inventory, product features, benefits of the vehicle and prices. It is important to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner and stay up-to-date on all inventory and online promotions. The Internet Sales Lead's main job is to bring interested customers into the dealership so they can meet with a sales team member. Follow up is key throughout all stages of the sales process! Internet Sales Lead's follow up with leads, as well as with sold and unsold customers, to ensure our client's satisfaction. The typical schedule for an Internet Sales Lead is Monday through Friday plus 1-2 Saturdays a month. Internet Sales Lead's are typically scheduled for 40-42 hours per week.

Internet Sales Lead Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license, along with:
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or internet sales preferred
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications and/or pass manufacturer tests
