As a Service Assistant, you will work directly with Faulkner's service customers to set appointments as well as provide customers with price quotes, reach out to customers about recalls, and handle the courtesy car program. The Service Assistant may also be required to handle filing duties as well as light accounting functions to support the service department.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival, answer customers' questions and provide information with the help of service advisors and/or department managers
- Set initial and follow-up appointments with the customers
- Assist customers with their requests and direct them to the appropriate dealership contact as needed
- Assist the customer to ensure complete satisfaction by greeting customers, answering their needs, and generally helping around the shop as needed
- Treat every customer with honesty and respect
- Open and close repair orders and estimates as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive Service experience required
- Prior retail/receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Perform consistently to provide exceptional customer service.
- Requires the ability to work in a team environment as well as strong oral and written communication skills
